SHIPPING
- You have to send your frame/pistol for the stippling service and/or cerakote.
- Include in the package a copy of your Government ID (Drivers License, Passport or Military ID) and a copy of your order. Current address should be the same in your ID as we are required by law to send it back to that address.
- Stippling is 5-7 business days.
- Print a copy of your order invoice that was emailed to you.
- Cerakote is 12-14 days (outsource to a cerakote certified applicator)
- Ship the frame/pistol thru FEDEX, UPS or your local FFL

I had my Glock 19 stippled by SRB Customs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is top-tier—clean lines, aggressive but comfortable grip, and it looks just as good as it feels in hand. Huge improvement in control without being overly rough. What really sets SRB Customs apart is the customer service. Rouel personally reached out to me, walked me through the different stippling options, and even provided examples of the various features and styles I could choose from. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, which says a lot about how much they care about their work and their customers.
