SHIPPING
We are a Type 07 FFL so you can ship your firearm directly to us.
- Ship your Grip Module/Frame/Firearm to
SRB Customs, LLC

- Please clean your grip module/frame/firearm before packing.
- Wrap your grip module with bubble wrap or anything to avoid damage on the item during travel.
- Include in the package a copy of your Government ID (Drivers License, Passport or Military ID) and a copy of your order.
- Please ship your firearm via UPS or FedEx.
- Consider purchasing a shipping insurance, SRB Customs, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage of the item being delivered to us and will not be liable for any loss or damage of the item once left the business premises.
- Once the order has been placed you have to ship the grip module/frame/firearm within 5 business days or this will cause a delay.
- Please provide the tracking info once the item has been shipped.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for all services or custom work.
If applicable, you may return any unused products that we sell only (merch, grip module, parts & accessories) within 30 days upon purchased, however, you will be charged 25% restocking fee.

I hereby consent the modification of my Firearm/Frame/Grip Module/Polymer Frame and understand that by doing so may void the factory warranty.
These Terms & Conditions release SRB Customs, LLC, owner/s, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold SRB Customs, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all rights to bring a lawsuit against SRB Customs, LLC for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as SRB Customs, LLC sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.
